Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, or related field
- Fully licensed, provisionally licensed, or license-eligible in Indiana
Preferred:
- Prior training in CBT, ACT, EMDR, play therapy, couples therapy, or trauma treatment
- IFS or somatic training background
- Experience with children, families, or complex cases
Experience & Job Requirements
- Provide therapy ethically and independently (fully licensed)
- Provide therapy with growing independence and openness to instruction (associate-level)
- Maintain timely documentation
- Communicate promptly regarding client concerns or safety
- Uphold Counseling Simplified policies and professional ethics
- Manage caseload with responsibility and integrity

Compensation
$45 per clinical hour for provisionally licensed therapists
$55 per clinical hour for independently licensed therapists
