Many women I work with feel stuck in cycles of intense emotions, relationship conflict, and self-doubt. They’ve often been misunderstood or told they’re “too emotional,” which makes reaching out for help even harder.

I use DBT to meet clients where they are while also helping them build the skills they were never taught like how to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and navigate relationships without losing themselves.

Clients experience more emotional stability, stronger relationships, and a clearer sense of who they are and how they want to show up in their lives.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Master of Social Work – Indiana University
  • Bachelor of Science in Human Services – Purdue University

Over the past several years, I have worked in clinical, school, and community settings supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I currently provide therapy through my private practice, where I specialize in DBT-informed care for individuals navigating emotion dysregulation, trauma, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges.

I’m extremely competitive in the most low-stakes situations, like pickup games, board games, or anything that wasn’t meant to be taken seriously… until I show up.
