Life has its ups and downs, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling lost or out of balance. I understand that reaching out for help takes courage, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed or in distress. There’s no point in reaching out for help if you’re met with silence or endless waitlists. You need help now.
I am ready to dive deep into your thoughts and emotions without any judgment or hesitation. I am here to listen wholeheartedly and guide you towards healing and growth. Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish; it’s an essential step towards creating a happier and more fulfilling life.
By addressing your issues with a professional, you can prevent them from escalating further. That’s why I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, valued, and supported right from the start.
For those struggling with addiction and alcoholism, finding help is not always easy. The challenges that addicts and alcoholics face can be difficult to navigate without proper resources and support. Unfortunately, there is still a stigma surrounding these issues, making it even harder for those affected to seek help. I understand the importance of providing a safe and welcoming environment for those seeking help with addiction and alcoholism. It is my goal to provide the necessary resources and support to help individuals overcome these challenges and lead fulfilling lives in recovery.
I have 20 years of experience providing counseling for teens and adults. I primarily utilize Internal Family Systems interventions due to the profound changes I have witnessed in my clients through the use of IFS. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Techniques to help teens and adults gain the skills and resources they need.
My favorite hobbies are meditation and painting.
