Sometimes clients feel trapped by internal barriers that prevent them from living out their ideal values.
I utilize a holistic, individualized approach throughout the therapeutic process. This allows me to provide support as I help clients develop insight and resilience to meet their unique needs and goals.
I strive to help clients overcome the lasting impact of difficult or painful experiences. My approach centers on safety, empowerment, and healing, allowing clients to reclaim their sense of self and move forward with confidence.

I have previously worked as a Social Services Crisis Line Worker, answering calls and providing support for people in crisis. I was also a student mentor through Tutormate Online Literacy Program and an education facilitator through Facilitator Girls Inc., where I met with girls and young women to help them set worthy goals and provided guidance and support to achieve them.
Upon completion of 3000 post-graduate training hours, I will be eligible to take the licensing exam to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, according to Indiana State Law requirements.
