Sometimes clients and loved ones feel overwhelmed by the process of starting therapy for themselves and/or their loved one. There can be so many hoops to jump through, without even knowing for sure if it’s going to help.
I welcome each individual client, and any loved ones involved, into a holistic and collaborative approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. If clients are open to it, I often incorporate art therapy into sessions. Art therapy allows for expression beyond words, which can be especially helpful in processing stressful or traumatic experiences that affect the whole person.
I seek to meet each client, and any loved ones involved, where they are with compassion and curiosity. I work to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment, with open communication that invites reflection, healing, and growth.

I am also passionate about holistic care for neurodivergent clients (autism, ADHD, etc.) of all ages.
Outside of Session
Off the clock, I can be found enjoying time to myself catching up on reading, shows, and art-making. Or I’m enjoying time hanging out with family and friends while hiking, playing board games, or watching movies.
