Areas of Support:
We may feel out of place in our own lives, like every day is the same, and that we are making no progress toward lifelong goals. We may feel lost and unmotivated to implement change into our lives. My mission as a counselor is to guide resourceful and insightful clients by fostering a safe and honest environment where we can explore traumas, life experiences and general qualms and receive honest and constructive feedback for personal growth and reflection. I strive to provide a space where you can feel comfortable exploring yourself and the parts of you that are harder to understand, and work toward becoming the best version of yourself. I want to support you in a way that enables you to use your time with me to grow personally and learn to navigate the systems around you, allowing you to grow with the world you live in.

Training & Education
Bachelors in Brain and Behavioral Sciences from Purdue University
Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University
Over the past 5 years, I have worked at Amethyst House, a nonprofit addictions recovery center, where I assessed clients with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, psychotic disorders, and other addiction-related issues. I also have experience assisting clients in learning life skills such as time management, stress reduction, coping skills and organization tactics.
Outside of Session
Outside of sessions, I thoroughly enjoy combat sports and martial arts. They allow me to stay active and practice mindful movement at the same time! In my free time I’m often in the gym, on a run, working on my latest craft project, or spending time outside.
