It can be nerve-wracking to start therapy, especially when you are unsure of what approach or type will best support you. Feeling overwhelmed is totally normal, but it shouldn’t stop you from getting help.

I use a client-centered and individualized approach to ensure that our work together aligns with your values, needs, and desired pace. I strive to bring a collaborative mindset to every session, creating a space for you to explore, grow, and lead the direction of your healing journey.

My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected. I aim to bridge a pathway toward your goals in a holistic and supportive way, serving as a steady, compassionate presence as you work toward the life you desire.

During my undergraduate studies, I worked in a research program observing maternal sensitivity during feeding interactions with children ages four and under. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of attachment theory and strengthened my ability to recognize nonverbal communication between children and their caregivers.

I have also worked as a Supportive Services Intern at Mental Health America, where I helped clients access essential resources to meet their basic needs. This role allowed me to support a wide range of individuals and reinforced my commitment to accessible, client‑centered care.

“Go easy on you. The younger you, the you from twenty years ago, the you from fifty years ago, the you from yesterday. Every single version of yourself was using exactly what you had in the moment, to do the best you could with what you knew. So forgive all of your old selves. No, do more than forgive; embrace and celebrate every single version of yourself who worked so hard to survive. And did.” – Glennon
