Accepting New Clients

In-Person

Wednesday Afternoons, Friday Mornings

Many people want to be able to overcome their struggles immediately. For some that is possible, but others need a little extra support to move through their journey of life.

I utilize an integrative and person-focused approach throughout the therapeutic process to help navigate each client’s individualized experiences so that my clients feel valued, validated, and secure.

My goal is provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and comfortable space for clients to freely speak and process their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors so they can increase their quality of life. Through this, I intend to help my clients learn to enjoy the journey that is life as they make it from one point to the next.

I have experience working in crisis as a crisis support specialist with A Better Way during my undergraduate degree and as a prevention case manager for the past 3 years. I am also trained as a CRAFT facilitator and have a variety of training on familial and partner relationships, abuse, trauma, and addiction.

I used to dance for the National Ballet of Canada – I find joy in movement to music and use this when I need to feel more connected to myself. I love yoga and cookies. Just not at the same time.
