Many individuals feel overwhelmed in their life and uncertain about starting therapy. They may feel stuck, unsure of where to begin, or believe they need to have everything figured out before seeking help.

I use a compassionate, client-centered approach to meet people where they are. I tailor my therapy to each individual’s unique experiences, needs, and goals through creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

My goal is to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered so they can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward in their healing journey.

I have brings a background working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of mental health settings.

I have previously worked in an addiction rehabilitation facility supporting individuals with substance use disorders, including drug and alcohol addiction. I have also provided crisis support through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, assisting individuals in moments of acute distress and helping them navigate thoughts of suicide.

I have also worked with children in an autism center, supporting developmental and behavioral needs, and worked in a group home with adolescents with intellectual disabilities, where I assisted with daily living and life skills. I also worked in an adult psychiatric hospital helping individuals build independence and manage daily functioning.

I have also worked within the school system as a teacher’s aide in special education classrooms, providing academic support, life skills training, and individualized attention to students. I have volunteered with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), where I participated in peer support settings and contributed to fostering a supportive community for individuals navigating mental health challenges.

I am passionate about continued learning and growth as a clinician and is committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and effective care.

I find balance and relaxation through yoga, meditation, and traveling, which help me stay grounded and present. I also enjoy self-care practices like shopping, pampering myself, and spending quality time with loved ones. Prioritizing these moments allows me to recharge and show up fully, both in my personal life and in my work with clients.
